How Do You Know What My Figures Are?

In order to keep your accounts correctly up-to-date we simply require you to upload your receipts/invoices to your Monthly Accountant system. We provide you with these login details once you sign up. You can then freely upload any file format to your account and even take pictures of receipts/invoices on your device and upload that instead! That is the only work you need to personally do, we take care of the rest and use the figures shown on your receipts/invoices to continually log your ongoing business income and expenditure.

Do You Complete My Tax Returns?

Yes! All of our monthly accounting packages include self-employed tax return completion and submission to HMRC. All customer tax returns are completed by specialist tax accountants so you can rest-assured knowing your finances are in very safe hands! With our ‘Small Business’ package option we also provide VAT returns and Corporation Tax Returns.

Does it Work if I’m VAT Register?

As long as you choose the small business package or create your own bespoke package with ‘VAT returns’ checked then we are able to complete and submit all of your VAT returns as part of your monthly fee.

Do You Offer Monthly Accounting to Limited Companies?

We certainly do! If you run a Limited Company and want your Corporation Tax Returns taken care of then please be sure to choose the ‘Small Business Package’ or opt-in for ‘Corporation Tax Returns’ service when building your own package.
